Specialized recording services
The evolution of drone technology has enabled companies to collect data that was unimaginable until recently. At Hyperion Drones, we push the boundaries, offering a wide range of specialized data collection services tailored to your needs.
Describing the object and environment in 2D and 3D view
In the last several years, drones have become an essential tool in various sectors, from entertainment to industry. Their ability to provide an aerial perspective enables revolutionary applications in a variety of fields.
Using various types of sensors such as high-resolution optical RGB cameras and LiDar, i.e. devices with laser beams, we perform recordings without the need for direct contact with the recorded object.
This way, we save significant time and money. With less investment in less time, we collect more accurate data.
Our data collection services
LIDAR is the latest laser scanning technology that allows the creation of point clouds and high-precision 3D models of scanned objects or areas.
The method of active data collection using laser spatial scanning. This method allows us to record the area of interest in a short time to obtain detailed measurements of the terrain surface and the objects located on it.
There are several methods of data collection, depending on the position of the scanner. There is ALS (Airborne Laser Scanning) and TLS (Terrestrial Laser Scanning).
LiDar is not only used for spatial scanning but also for monitoring physical processes in the atmosphere – DIAL (Differential Absorption Lidar).
Laser scanning is widely used in construction, mining, bridge construction, telecommunications, and much more.
It is possible to collect the desired data very quickly and obtain precise 3D models of :
- digital twins
- steep terrains
- creation of detailed models of buildings and individual sculptures
- digital terrain models of forested areas
- digital models of vegetation heights with vegetation height and density profile
- digital terrain models with pronounced erosions
- estimates of the threat of power lines by vegetation
- road profiles
- digital models of city centers
- Etc.
The development of today’s technology has enabled us to make the once-expensive laser scans simple, fast, efficient, and ultimately cheaper. This ultimately leads to a reduction in costs, faster and better strategic decisions, and greater competitiveness of you as a customer.
Thermal cameras read the IR part of the spectrum and have many applications. Their advantage is that they can be used in the dark because they do not record the visible part of the spectrum. Therefore, the thermal camera is the most commonly used sensor for night operations.
They are ideal for filming hard-to-reach or remote places or places with a dangerous atmosphere for humans.
Therefore, they are successfully applied in
- firefighting activities (surveillance of fire areas and searching for hot spots)
- rescue operations (searching for persons)
- surveillance (searching for persons, vehicles/vessels/aircraft)
- building (searching for thermal bridges or cracks in materials)
- inspection of transmission lines (breaks on insulators)
- inspection of solar panels (panels with lower efficiency)
- inspection of heating pipes (deformations, weakening, or cracks on pipes)
- inspection of industrial facilities (weakening of structural materials or detection of microcracks)
- inspection of wind turbines (searching for deformations and cracks)
- agriculture (lack of water, plant diseases)
- etc.
Wherever it is essential to detect heat or the difference in heat between objects or parts of objects, a thermal camera is indispensable.
It allows the user to record a vast area or object from all directions in a very short time and subsequently process the recorded content from the comfort of his home or office.
Advanced thermal cameras on our drones reveal the invisible. You can use them during:
- Building Inspection: Identify areas of heat loss and insulation inefficiency.
- Photovoltaic Cell Inspection: Detect malfunctions or leaks.
- Gas Installation Inspection: Identify sources of leaks even in hard-to-reach places.
- Agricultural Monitoring: Increase the yield and health of your agricultural crops.
- Facility and Infrastructure Inspection: Find defects in your facilities and infrastructure.
A tool for modern agriculture and forestry.
With multispectral imaging, we can:
- Assess Plant Health: Capturing data in a specific part of the electromagnetic spectrum provides insight into plant stress, allowing for timely interventions.
- Monitor Irrigation: Identify areas with too little or too much water.
- Pest and Disease Detection: Highlight affected zones for targeted treatment.
AeroPhotogrammetry is a method of collecting data from the air using an unmanned aerial vehicle that carries a high-resolution optical (RGB) sensor.
2D data and 3D digital models are created in high-resolution digital ortho-photo bases, so-called DOFs – regardless of whether it is DTM, DSM, or realistic visualization of the recorded area.
They can also be integrated into spatial data from other sensors. We get precise and very detailed representations of buildings, vegetation, topography, telecommunications and electrification infrastructure, gas pipelines, quarries, etc.
This opens the possibility of strategic planning and resource management, encouraging savings and sustainable management and reducing various risks.
Creation of highly precise orthophoto images for the needs of the public and private sectors, as well as the creation of 3D models.
If you wish to use certain sensors or tools that would be useful in your business, Hyperion Drones is ready to offer customized solutions and integration into existing systems according to your requirements.
Utilizing modern technologies, Hyperion Drones enables you to elevate the degree of development to a higher level with the collected data.
